Whether it is necessary to fix safes to a wall or floor?

   "Êîììåðñàíòú-Daily"

Unknown criminals had stolen 100 million rubles from Joint-Stock "Siberian Investment Company" in Tomsk, Russian Federation. The theft was carried out in an unusual way: criminals made a hole into the ceiling of company's office and lifted a safe with money through it.

Safes with the weight less than one ton are fixed to the basis (a wall or floor) in the obligatory way! Brake-off force corresponding with this weight value should be not less than 5 tons.
