Stand rack design
All elements are made of whole-bent metallic
profiles.
The girder is the bearer of shelf's carrying
plane. It is fastened to the prop with special hooks using welding.
In order to provide rigidity of a shelf
to a load it has a framing in its internal volume that is made of
metallic tube (20x20). Racks are welded metallic constructions that
meet the requirements of the 3rd accuracy class corresponding to
the standards of all-Union State Standard 30021. They consist of
2 rolled profiles, 2 cross-bars, axial bearings and required number
of cross stays. Vertical position of shelves is adjusted with the
step of 50 mm.
The maximum distance between levels shouldn't
exceed 1900 mm. Assembly of the elements of a stack rack doesn't
require any additional elements. Surface colour is a light grey
polymer.
Any row of stack racks with a number of
sections more than 1 is build on the principle "one primary
plus one additional".
Type "CC" stack racks can be
quickly mounted. They have a polymeric coating made with the use
of powder spraying technology and an attractive outward appearance.
